Both Ed Harris and Viggo Mortensen took some time away from their TIFF press conference to step outside for a quick smoke. Seems the Sean Penn rule is in effect. We know the brouhaha that resulted when Penn lit up during his TIFF press con a few years ago. Canadians can get plenty strict when it comes time for the cancer sticks.
